Sample shipping
The patient can book and cancel the sample pickup via 99Tests. Within Germany, transport is handled by GO!, internationally by UPS.

Results & documents
According to your settings, we share the results with you and optionally with the patient. The patient then receives GOÄ-compliant documents by mail for submission to private health insurance or Beihilfe.
Status updates for your practice and communication with the patient accompany the entire process.

No. You use 99Tests for what your laboratory does not cover and for patients who cannot come to your practice. There is no contract and no minimum volume.
Which tests can I request?
Over 3,000 lab tests from partner laboratories in Germany and Europe: single parameters and profiles, searchable by clinical question. You will see the full list after registration.
What does 99Tests cost me?
No membership, no subscription. Each order incurs €61.47 plus VAT and 2.50% of the order value. You decide whether and to what extent your practice contributes to the costs.
What happens if a sample cannot be analyzed?

Where does the blood draw take place?
In your practice, with a blood-draw professional from our network near the patient, or at the patient's home. The blood-draw professional sets the blood-draw fee; the patient learns it in advance and settles it directly with them.
How soon can I make my first test request?
After you register, we contact you personally and then activate your account. If you wish, we support you as you start using the portal.
Can patients outside Germany take part?
Yes. Please bear in mind that organizing a blood draw may take additional time, depending on the country and availability.
